How much does course management cost?

HEXLE Courses costs €19.00 per month or €209.00 per year, plus a payment provider fee per purchase. With yearly billing, one month is free.

Can I collect payment only once the course is confirmed?

Yes. You can set up payment so that participants only receive a payment request by email after your confirmation.

Can participants cancel individual dates?

Yes. Participants cancel individual dates via “My dates” or their attendance card.

Course management for courses, workshops and seminars

Whether yoga, fitness, dance, a workshop or a seminar: participants register online for fixed dates or entire course series and pay right away. Once a course is full, further registrations go onto the waiting list automatically.
